Bill Medley

Bill is a native Oklahoman who began his career with a focus on trial work representing medical professionals, hospitals, manufacturers and insurance companies in liability cases.  In 2003 he decided to change his focus, instead, representing the individuals who have been wronged or injured.  He specializes in litigation primarily in the fields of medical malpractice, product liability, major accidents and insurance disputes.  He has represented individuals in cases filed in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has tried cases to juries both in Oklahoma and around the country.

Bill is a two-time graduate of the University of Oklahoma obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Price College of Business in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from the OU College of law in 1997.  He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Oklahoma Association of Justice (formerly the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association).  He is licensed by the State of Oklahoma and is admitted to practice in all State and United States District Courts in Oklahoma and others around the United States.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.  He is proud to have been nominated and ultimately accepted as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a national organization of experienced trial lawyers dedicated to protecting the public’s right to a trial by jury and promoting ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy.  He has also received an AV (Preeminent) Rating by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell.

Geremy Rowland

Geremy was born and raised in Oklahoma City.  He is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.  Before choosing to represent injured Oklahomans, Geremy defended health care providers throughout the state.  He is a member of the Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Bar Associations as well as the American Bar Association, the Supreme Court Historical Society and the Oklahoma Association for Justice.  Geremy is dedicated to serving his local community in a variety of different avenues, and is a proud member of the Community Activities Board for Emerson Alternative High School in Oklahoma City and the Community Service Committee for the Oklahoma County Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma courts as well as the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.  In his spare time Geremy lives an active lifestyle, and enjoys cycling and competitive endurance events.  But most of all, he loves his time spent with his wife and two children.
